Avon further elevated her expertise by earning a Master of Business Administration, showcasing her commitment to continuous growth and professional development.
Avon Lau embodies a relentless pursuit of growth, never settling for less and constantly stepping out of her comfort zone. After 12 successful years in hospitality, she ventured into retail sports with Decathlon, embracing a completely new industry. Alongside her career shifts, Avon pursued academic excellence, earning a Master of Law.
Avon embraced the challenge of becoming a General Manager, where she played a key role in expanding franchisee brands such as Subway and Killiney. Her leadership and strategic vision drove growth and innovation for the company. Remarkably, she achieved this while simultaneously pursuing her Master of Law, demonstrating her exceptional ability to balance career advancement with academic excellence.
Now leading the expansion of SAY Concepts across Southeast Asia, Avon continues to break boundaries while pursuing her Doctorate.
