We kicked things off with a series of icebreaker activities, which quickly became a hilarious revelation — some of us are incredibly good at reading each other’s minds! Whether it was strategic deception or sheer luck, we had fun.
Reflecting on 2024
Once the games wrapped up, we shifted gears into something more introspective. The company review of 2024 gave us a chance to celebrate our wins, acknowledge our challenges, and set a clear direction for the future. Over a few days, we swapped our digital screens for real conversations, engaging in icebreakers, meaningful discussions.

We revved up our engines on ATVs, conquering rugged terrains that tested our courage (and driving skills!). The thrill continued as we chased waterfalls and took turns on the famous jungle swing, feeling the rush of adventure and the freedom that comes with it. These moments reminded us that pushing our limits, embracing the unknown, and supporting one another are values that go beyond work.
